Dale founded the firm and serves as its principal. He consults in the areas of Operations Strategy, Materials and Manufacturing Cost Reduction, Plant Layout, Continuous Flow Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Development. Dale has extensive hands-on experience in the design, development, and implementation of continuous flow manufacturing, and demand-pull scheduling methodologies. He has managed the complete transition of several companies from traditional, functionally oriented production lines to a High Performance World-Class factory environment. He has led Manufacturing Design Teams and is an accomplished Team Trainer and project leader.
Dale's consulting practice is focused on helping manufacturing companies design their infrastructure and major business processes to deal with the rapidly changing requirements of future markets. Dale is experienced in developing innovative Operations Strategies, developing high-performance supply bases and managing lead-time reduction programs, continuous flow plant designs (work cells), small lot manufacturing; process re-engineering, and high performance work team development.
Prior to founding DEHART CONSULTING, Dale held senior operations positions in companies such as Hewlett-Packard, TRW, Spectrian, and California Amplifier. In addition, he has been an early member of successful high-tech start-up companies, managing both Engineering and Operations functions.
Dale holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the California State Polytechnic University; a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University; and a Masters Degree in Business from UCLA. |

Mr. Cunningham has over 16 years of design experience in a variety of disciplines in Richmond, Va., Washington, DC and San Francisco, CA areas. His professional background includes development and implementation of workspaces within a variety of environments, including factories, offices, and financial institutions. In his most recent assignment Mr. Cunningham was responsible for the relocation of 41 separate departments from various San Francisco locations into the newly renovated Laurel Heights Campus. He reported directly to the Project Manager and his responsibilities included programming, space planning, furniture specification, and dynamic graphic and data linkage between Autocad Map and MS Access. He collaborated with in-house specialists for planning telephone & data connectivity and furniture vendors for final furniture order placement. In addition, he coordinated move and construction schedules, furniture delivery & installation, move coordination and post move resolution issues. His computer skills include Autocad Map 2, Windows NT/98, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Project and other software to manage and coordinate facilities space projects.
Recent/current clients include Pasha Group, Spectrian, Friday & Associates, Booz-Allen Hamilton, Wells Fargo Bank, PG&E, Hewlett-Packard, Flack & Kurtz, BT Office Products, COG/Kelly, FACS for Offices. Systems furniture experience includes Steelcase, Herman-Miller, Haworth & HON Concensys.

Mr. Strange has extensive experience in the Pac Rim having traveled widely in this area and sourced such commodities as castings, electronics, and PC board material. His extensive knowledge of the RF electronics industry makes him ideally suited for bringing value to his clients.
Prior to founding his own consulting firm, Mr. Strange held positions of responsibility in several companies in the communications industry. Most recently he was Director of Strategic Procurement at Spectrian, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA, a manufacturer of amplification devices for the wireless telecommunications industry. Prior to Spectrian he was with Gamma Microwave, Titan Gamma, Narda/Loral, and Acrian. In each of these companies Mr. Strange was responsible for manufacturing and operations organizations.
Mr. Strange has been instrumental in transforming ineffective operations into efficient manufacturers using Demand-Pull, Just-in-time, and flexible manufacturing techniques. He has been responsible for manufacturing of satellite communications small earth terminals, microwave frequency sources, solid state amplifiers, and semiconductor components.
Mr. Strange holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Cornell University and a Masters Degree in Business from Santa Clara University.
